This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit our website, request a preview, contact us or become a client.

When you submit our enquiry form or contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp, we receive the information you provide. This may include your name, business name, email address, phone number, industry, preferred launch timeline, project description and correspondence.

If you upload logos, images or other brand assets, we receive the files and any personal information they contain. Please only provide materials you are authorised to share. Do not send passwords, payment card details or sensitive personal information through the enquiry form.

For clients, we also handle information needed for proposals, agreements, invoices, project delivery and support.

Our website and its providers may receive technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, including IP addresses, browser and device information, request times and error logs. When you allow analytics, Google Analytics collects information about website visits and interactions.

We use personal information to:

Depending on their role, providers receive contact details, enquiry content, uploaded files, technical information or records needed to provide the relevant service. Loading external fonts and website assets can disclose technical connection information, such as your IP address, to the provider.

We disclose information when needed to deliver an agreed service, with your authorisation, or where required by law. We may also disclose relevant information to professional advisers or authorities where necessary to address a legal obligation or dispute.

Some providers operate outside Aruba, so information may be stored or processed in other countries. Applicable privacy protections may differ from those in Aruba. We consider the purpose of the processing and available provider protections when choosing services and sharing information.

We keep information for as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected.

For enquiries, we consider whether discussions are ongoing and whether follow-up is reasonably expected. For clients, we consider the duration of the service relationship, support needs, contractual obligations and applicable accounting or legal recordkeeping requirements. Technical and analytics records follow the relevant provider settings and operational needs.

When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it where reasonably practicable. Copies in backups may remain until those backups are replaced or expire.

We take reasonable steps to protect information through appropriate access controls and the security features of the services we use. No website, email service or storage system can guarantee complete security.
